About delivery: Shelves have a certain production cycle and different types of products will have large differences. If there is a shortage of stock, we will contact you in time. Due to the special nature of shelf production, the delivery period will often fluctuate. Please refer to the customer service notification!


Color difference problem: Product pictures are all real photos, but due to shooting technology, light, display parameters and other factors, the actual color received will be affected. There will be differences with the photos. Please refer to the actual product or the sample confirmed by both parties.


Product customization: Customized products cannot be modified or returned after the order is placed. Products are not quality problems and cannot be returned. Please contact customer service for instructions on the delivery period of customized product shapes.


Logistics description:


1. Due to the special nature of the shelves, they can only be shipped through logistics companies. Due to the different distances and product volumes in different places, the freight is also different. Please consult customer service for specific freight.


2. The shelves are large products. In order to ensure the safety of the products during transportation, some products are simply made of wooden frames. Please consult customer service for details.


3. Logistics companies in some areas cannot reach them. Please consult customer service before placing an order and negotiate a logistics delivery route that can be reached.


4. Goods Signed for Our products are shipped after careful inspection. Please check the goods in person when picking up the goods. In order to protect your rights, please check carefully before sale. If you find that the number of pieces is incorrect or there is damage during transportation, please do not sign for it and contact us. After the logistics company returns it, we will re-ship it free of charge (please check carefully, especially when the outer packaging is worn or scratched, you must unpack and check the goods. If you do not check carefully and sign for it directly, the freight company will refuse to compensate you for the damage caused during the process, which will cause you unnecessary losses)
