3. 5 supporting production and assembly lines: set up a stainless steel composite aluminum honeycomb panel production line, specializing in the processing of composite materials, to ensure that the props meet the standards in terms of material strength and lightweight. We have set up a workshop for the production of wooden board props and luminous LOGO signs to match the display props. Each process is equipped with multiple automatic and semi-automatic assembly equipment.
4. Integrated production process: Establish a prop production line for stainless steel welding, polishing, grinding and assembly, and closely integrate various production links to improve production efficiency and product quality.
5. Stable supply chain: We have high-quality, stable and long-term raw material suppliers to ensure the stable supply and quality reliability of raw materials.
6. Tool application: The design port has introduced the RIVET software in the current advanced BIN system, and the production port has introduced SW, Yimu and other order splitting software. Informatize the materials. This method allows us to more accurately grasp the use and inventory status of materials and improve the precision and efficiency of project management.
